Reclaim Your Future to be reprised Jan. 28
Friday January 27, 2012 - General
Superintendent Dwight D. Jones, CCSD trustees, community leaders and school staff will once again come together on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012, to encourage students to reclaim their future by returning to the classroom. Volunteers will meet at designated schools, form teams of two or three and go door to door to re-engage students.
Applications accepted for Audit Advisory Committee

The CCSD Board of Trustees is accepting applications for the Audit Advisory Committee, which advises the board in these areas:
• Strengthening accountability for the stewardship and efficient use of public funds
• Providing a communication link between the external and internal auditors and the board
• Enhancing transparency of the district’s financial operations
• Improving public trust in the honesty and integrity of its public officials
Applications should be submitted to the Board Office no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 6, 2012.
